COMPLAINTS

For all goods offered in our store there is a warranty. The warranty is considered only on presentation of the invoice or receipt. It includes only hidden defects created during production. The complaint is examined by a qualified in this area specialist.The complained will be viewed within 14 days.


This term refers to informing the customer about the result of the complaint.Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the Law Council of Ministers dated. 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 item 1176).

Consumer pays for the delivery cost. To the parcel must be accompanied by a completed complaint form and photocopying proof of purchase. The goods should be returned on the address given in the form complaint. Consumer pays for the delivery cost.
