We’d like to inform you that the data controller of your personal data is R-GOL Sp. z o. o. (formely R-GOL Marcin Radziwon Sp. K.), based in Ostróda, Górka 3D (14-100). If you use our company’s fanpage on Facebook, we process your personal data in the scope of: your name, surname or general information, which you will provide on your profile as publicly available. The processing of other personal data is carried out by Facebook according to regulations described in Facebook’s terms and conditions.

Your personal data will be processed in order to create and maintain a Customer account, fulfill orders placed in the R-GOL online store on the basis of the conclusion and performance of the contract that we’ve entered into, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation / GDPR).

We would also like to inform you that we will process your personal data for the purposes related to the performance of our legal obligations (e.g. responding to your complaints, issuing and storing invoices) pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point c GDPR.

If you give us a separate consent to receive by electronic means commercial information about our Company’s products or services, or in the case of a separate consent to receive marketing information, we will use for this purpose the e-mail address provided by you pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR. We would also like to inform you that if you give us a separate consent to the processing of your personal data in order to provide information about our Company's products or services by phone calls - we will process your data for this purpose pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR.

Additionally, you can consent to sending information about abandoned carts (art. 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR), then decisions regarding you will be made automatically.

We would also like to inform you that for marketing purposes, in some cases your personal data may be profiled in order to provide you with tailored marketing information, which is also our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR).

If you wish to use the option of recommending the product to a friend, the data may be processed for this purpose only on the basis of a consent, i.e. pursuant to article 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR. We would also like to inform you that your data may be processed to respond to your queries, based on our legitimate interest, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is considered as the contact with the customer.

Additionally, your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point f GDPR also for the purpose of customer satisfaction survey. Our legitimate interest in this case is to monitor the level of customers’ satisfaction and to improve the level of services offered to our customers.

Your personal data will be processed for as long as you are a registered user of our R-GOL online store. After that time the data will be stored for the period necessary to exercise any claims which we may raise. When the legal basis for the processing of your data is consent, the data will be processed until this consent is withdrawn. In the event of contacting us, your personal data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to respond to your query, and after that time the data may be processed for the period of limitation of any claims.

Your personal data may be disclosed to our employees or associates, as well as to the entities providing support to us on the basis of agreed services (e.g. courier companies) and in accordance with the concluded personal data processing agreements. In addition, we would like to inform you that you have the right to right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing (it will be possible to store it), the right to data portability (the data will be sent to you or another data controller), the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

When the User uses our websites and mobile application (“Sites”), certain anonymous information is automatically collected on the server, e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, device type, operating system type, etc. Information saved on the server are used in particular for the following purposes: simply technical and for the purposes related to the administration of the Sites, ensuring the safety of the Sites, implementation of the provisions of the terms and conditions, securing the provisions of law. In addition, this information is used to collect statistical or marketing information.

In addition, we reserve the right to send push notifications containing personalized commercial information, discount coupons and information when the order changes its status. The User can disable these notifications in the application at any time.

We use "cookies" to ensure security, logging-in, accessing to the Sites, as well as to provide services and content tailored to the individual needs and interests of our Users, and for statistical and marketing purposes. The cookie files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Sites. Cookies do not contain personal data. Our use of essential cookies is necessary for the proper functioning of the Sites. For web analytics purposes, the Administrator also uses the Google Signals tool, which is an extension of Google Analytics services and enables the identification of users using multiple devices. This means that if the User's devices with Internet access are connected to the User's Google account and the User has activated the "personalized advertising" options in his/her Google account, then Google can generate reports on the use of our website (in particular on the number of Users using different devices), even if the User changes devices. The Administrator does not process the Users' personal data in this regard, and the reports received from Google do not allow the Administrator to identify individual users (the data collected by Google is anonymized and aggregated).

In the event of an administrative control by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in accordance with the personal data protection act, the Customer's data may be made available to the employees of the Office.

Taking security measures to protect personal data of our customers, all private data (sent during registration, logging in and purchases) are secured with a strong encryption algorithm, and the databases are protected against access by third parties.

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on this page, and we will provide a more prominent notice of any significant changes (which relates to certain services, including sending an email notification informing about changes to the Privacy Policy).
