Reporting Violations

Welcome to the page dedicated to anonymously reporting internal violations at R-GOL. We maintain high standards of integrity, compliance with regulations, and the safety of our employees and partners. We encourage you to report any suspicions of internal violations that may occur within our organization

Reporting Procedure:

  1. Access the Whistleblower System: You can log into our whistleblower system using the secure link: REPORT VIOLATION.

  2. Fill Out the Form: In the system, you will find a form that needs to be filled out with the necessary information regarding the violation and attach the relevant documentation.

  3. Maintain Anonymity: The reporting process is completely anonymous. Your identity will remain confidential, and the information will be handled discreetly.

  4. Receive a Unique Identifier: After submitting the report, a unique report identifier will appear. Make sure to save and store it in a secure place. By saving the identifier, you can log in and reopen the report using the report identifier. This allows you to start an anonymous dialogue, send additional documentation, and respond to clarifying questions from the administrator team. Your company encourages the whistleblower to log in regularly after submitting the report to answer any follow-up questions.
